As Director of Student Success, Michelle is responsible for the college success arm of the college access and success work of the College & Career Success team. She works closely with liaisons from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, Chattanooga State Community College, and Lane College to ensure that Hamilton County students have the support they need to be successful. She also works with and trains mentors who work directly with students who graduate from high school and transition to college.
